The RDF molding machine is mainly used to remove combustibles from household waste, stale waste, decoration waste, construction waste, agricultural waste, waste textiles, etc., remove non combustibles such as metals, glass, stones, sand, etc., and then shred them (0-50mm) before sending them into the RDF molding machine. Through heating and high-pressure compaction, the combustibles are extruded into RDF fuel.

The moisture content of the raw materials is required to be between 15% -25%. The commonly used specifications for finished product compression blocks are 3cm * 3cm, with a density of 0.8-1.3t/m. Other specifications require customized molds, and the compression ratio can be adjusted according to different raw materials.
